As the holiday season approaches, we find ourselves reflecting on the past year and the incredible support we have received from generous individuals like you. On behalf of our local United Way, I want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your contributions. It reminds us that together, we can create lasting change and uplift those in need. Your kindness not only enriches the lives of students and families but also strengthens the entire community, helping it thrive. Thank you for believing in our mission and for standing with us as we strive to make a difference.
Your generosity enables us to offer our Ready, Set, Go!, Ready, Set, Read!, Kindergarten Boot Camp, and SOAR after-school programs. These initiatives enhance education and promote the health and well-being of local elementary students. With your help, we have been able to provide essential resources, including books, clothing, hygiene items, weekend food bags, and after-school programming to assist families facing hardships in our community.
2024 IMPACT
- 200 weekend food bags distributed weekly to children facing food insecurity.
- 12,000 new books were distributed to children promoting literacy and fostering a love of
- reading.
- 200 students participated in our SOAR after-school program at five sites.
- 385 students received Ready, Set, Go! clothing and hygiene items.
United, is the Way we thrive.
Your gift changes lives locally. What we each do to create change doesn't have to be big or amplified because one action United with others amplifies. That's how a single moment creates a community where everyone can thrive.
United, is the Way we create opportunities for all.
United Way streamlines your charitable giving. With one investment, you assist more people in our community at every age and stage, from expectant mothers to young children, youth, working families, children and adults experiencing crisis, and more.
United, is the Way we build stronger communities.
